A SINO-FRENCH CULINARY JOURNEY SHOWCASING THE TOURISM AND CULTURE OF YUNNAN

Challenge:

To promote Yunnan culture and tourism in Paris during the Chinese New Year 2024, a year that marks the 60th anniversary of Sino-French diplomatic relations and the China-France Year of Cultural and Tourism Exchange.

 

Our Solution:

We invited Michelin One-Star Chef Régis Douysset to create a special French dish using Yunnan's mushrooms: the essence of Yunnan mushrooms meets French culinary art. This small event was a special moment of sharing and joy, where history, culture, and Sino-French friendship were expressed through the universal language of gastronomy.
